Will need more info. What is it you want to do?
- restart the dhcpd service remotely?
- re-read the dhcpd.conf file?
- start a stoped dhcpd process?

We might give you more information when you provide us little more
info what you need.

Like you can login to your machine via ssh and do anything you want.
you can use "service" mostly in redhat distro, for controlling
services.
