I have been working on L2TP for sometime now and have had to recently start
debugging the failure causes of sessions.

Does anyone have any information regarding the failure cause lost carrier or
admin reset ? i cannot understand why i am getting these failures
i also cannot find any detail on the web regarding these and it is beginning
to become a bit of a pain.

Anyone out there who can help ???
