Hi all,

Studying at home with my lab and I can get my isdn sim to work with
basic normal functions. I just cant seem to nail down why, when I put ppp
authentication pap (or chap) on there it wont work.

I have the basics ok, but for some reason as soon as I put the username and
password in and then enable ppp authentication pap it will not work, even
with the password set to the lowest unencrypted level it still fails. I hear
that the password should be the same as the enable password on the router
you are connecting to?

any ideas? probably something simple and I might even work it out before
someone replies (usually do) but thought I would ask rather than tempt fate
lol
