I'm so confused between the bootflash and flash.
what's the difference?
In my opinion, campare with PC(personal computer).
bootflash is rom bios , and flash is OS, which is like a window.
Is it correct?

Bootflash is a basic "IOS" that can get you partially up if you need
to do something with the full IOS in flash. Some enterprises might get
configs over the network or something weird, and bootflash is there to
get you booted and up enough to maybe get a config, or to upgrade your
main IOS in flash over the WAN that the rommon might not be able to.

Nope. Its more like 3 stages. Roughly equivilent is the BIOS is
the rommon on the router. The bootflash is your MBR bootloader.
And IOS in flash is your OS. Its just that your bootflash has alot
more power than a simple menu bootloader.
